7. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only available for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A description of the issue

Service Policy

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or any applicable advance payment) has been successfully received. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Once a service is booked, it cannot be cancelled. Fees paid for confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except where Cosmilume cancels the service.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests may be considered at Cosmilume's discretion if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Approval of rescheduling requests is subject to availability. Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Refund Policy for Services

Refunds for services will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Cosmilume cancels the service and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
• The service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Cosmilume.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloadable planners, journals, worksheets, audio recordings, or other digital resources, are non-refundable once access has been provided or the download has started.

Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Joining online sessions on time using the provided access link.
• Ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device for virtual sessions.
